So it's my first deviation here, i hope you'll enjoy my vision of the fight between Chaos and the Emperor of mankind.
I did it for a little online contest in 2008 with just a pencil (no ink on it).
Characters inspired by the huge universe of Warhammer 40000.

I really like it. You portray the Emperor as a tortured human, which is pretty rare for fanart.

This is awesome.

Very nice depiction. The only thing I would say I am unsure on is the manner in which the Emperor seems to be in Anguish. Are the Chaos Gods saying "You're one of us now, buddy", or are they tormenting him? Either way, I'm sure he's not too happy about it.

I would've depicted him in rage and horror, trying to fight them off, but nevertheless, this is a wonderful piece!

The old background of 40K says that the emperor is now tired of a long spiritual struggle against the Chaos Gods, since he's on the golden throne after his fight with Horus -now you understand the title :p -

They are trying to convince him to leave mankind and his duty, but after so many years he's just too tired to fight back.
So he covers his ears and screams like a child, imprisoned in his dead body. That's what I wanted to show.
